Sweet, spicy and softly woody. Coriander oil is steam distilled from the seeds of Coriandrum sativum grown in Russia. It smells nothing like the fresh leaves: the seed oil is fruity, lightly peppery and smooth, and it rounds out sharper spice and citrus oils.
