REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATION FEES

Refund Policy

If you purchased a supplement(s) or any physical product(s) through www.mynaturesdelight.com, you understand and agree that All Sales Are Final.

We do NOT Accept Returns or Issue Refunds on any product(s) not purchased on www.mynaturesdelight.com.

We cannot accept returns without authorization, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of My Nature’s Delight and on a case-by-case basis and will be assessed a $15.00 Service Fee. If a Refund is approved, you will have the $15.00 Service Fee deducted from the refund amount. 

Incorrect Items

Every shipment is packed with love, but things do happen and sometimes mistakes are made. If this happens, we will happily send you a Return Merchandise Authorization and the return shipping charge shall be waived. Our standard Refund policy still applies. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the processing and packaging of all items but understand that there are instances where items can be Damaged or become Defective in route. Locate your Original Purchase receipt email and reply to it with your case specifics within forty-eight (48) hours of package delivery.  

You must include product pictures (all sides) including the damage, inner packaging pictures, pictures of the outer package and a picture that clearly shows the mailing label with the tracking/reference number and a ticket will be automatically created. You will receive instructions with steps as to how to proceed. Do NOT discard the product(s) or packaging until advised by our Customer Service Department.

Product Quality

My Nature’s Delight offers a Potency Guarantee on all of our supplements. If you believe that there is an issue with the product quality. Please contact orders@mynaturesdelight.com with forty-eight (48) hours of your delivery. Include any pictures, identifiable information for review. Any Refunds approved for product quality will NOT have a service fee or restocking fee assessed.  

Undeliverable Address

We take great pride in the processing of your purchase and make every effort to verify your shipping address. My Nature’s Delight is not responsible for an inaccurate address, customs, or other import issues. Refunds will not be honored on packages that are not recoverable or returned. If a Refund is approved, you will have the $15.00 Service Fee deducted from the refund amount and shall incur a new shipping charge for redelivers. 

Returns Instructions

Locate your Original Purchase email and reply to it with your case specifics for a Return Merchandise Authorization. If you cannot find your Original Purchase email then contact orders@mynaturesdelight.com with the order email address, name, address, and order date.

Upon your receipt of our issued Return Label, safely pack and return your items. Be certain to follow the specific instructions sent with your Return Label email. We are not responsible for any damage during shipment of returned items.

Return Exceptions

We do NOT Accept Returns or Issue Refunds on Any My Nature’s Delight Gift Cards, Any Membership(s), or Any Product(s).

Consultations

My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATION FEES lasts thirty (30) days from your purchase date. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment by emailing wellness@mynaturesdelight.com more than five (5) business days prior to your appointment time.  You may cancel for any reason. Upon request, your credit card will be credited the amount of the consultation fee that you paid to schedule the consultation.

If you choose to cancel your appointment less than five (5) business days of your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your consultation fee.

If you choose to cancel your appointment less than twenty-four (24) hours of your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee.

For example, if you pay $100.00 to schedule a 30 Minute Wellness Consultation, and you cancel your appointment less than twenty-four hours of the appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50.00. Afterward, your credit card will be credited in the amount of $50.00 or you will have a $50.00 credit to be applied towards another consultation or toward product(s) purchase.

If you fail to appear for your consultation appointment at the physical Wellness Center or in your Virtual Appointment Room and provide no notice whatsoever to My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center, this will be considered a “No-Show”, and you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.

My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center understands that there may exist special and unavoidable circumstances that cause you to cancel your consultation appointment with less than a twenty-four hour notice. In these special circumstances, My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center reserves the right to waive your cancellation fee.

My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center will happily exchange one Consultation type for another that may be better suited for you. My Nature’s Delight Wellness Center will credit the full amount paid towards your new consultation and the balance will become due prior to your new appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled the standard Refund Policy applies.
