Lemongrass is a potent purifier and cleanser; refreshes and reduces fatigue. It can also be used for help alleviate anxiety and irritability due to its calming and mild smell. Lemongrass is known to contain substances that are believed to reduce a fever and also to relieve pain and swelling due to its cooling properties.
